All your questions ↗Do I need to be an existing SBPMG patient?
No. Fleurish welcomes people who are new to South Bay Primary Medical Group. An individual consultation comes before prescription treatment. Fleurish uses compounded medication, not a brand-name product, prescribed only after an evaluation by Dr. Leticia Polanco. Individual results vary.
When can I visit?
Wednesdays, 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Find us at 769 Medical Center Ct, Suite 303, Chula Vista. Check with the team on Instagram if you are planning around a holiday.
What happens before treatment?
You meet with Dr. Leticia Polanco to discuss your questions and whether treatment is appropriate for you. Treatment is individualized; arriving does not guarantee a prescription.
