Do I need to be an existing SBPMG patient?
No. Fleurish welcomes people who are new to South Bay Primary Medical Group. An individual consultation comes before prescription treatment.
When can I visit?
Wednesdays, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Find us at 769 Medical Center Ct, Suite 303, Chula Vista. Check with the team on Instagram if you are planning around a holiday.
What happens before treatment?
You meet with Dr. Leticia Polanco to discuss your questions and whether treatment is appropriate for you. Treatment is individualized; arriving does not guarantee a prescription. Fleurish uses compounded medication, not a brand-name product, prescribed only after an evaluation by Dr. Leticia Polanco. Individual results vary.
Where can I ask a question?

What does it cost?
Ask the team for current consultation and program pricing. Fleurish materials describe out-of-pocket care.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Fleurish is self-pay only; nothing is billed to insurance. Payment is handled at the time of your visit.
