How to Actually Get Started

Fleurish at South Bay Primary Medical Group

In this issue

The most common question is also the most practical one. How do I get information, does it cost anything to ask, and what if I just have questions? Dr. Leticia Polanco’s answer is that there is no reason you cannot simply call the office or walk in during Fleurish hours and ask. The whole team can answer questions.

“One of the really important things that we wanted to give our patients was to remove some of the barriers that you may find in a regular doctor’s office.” No scheduled visits. The door is open, it is a walk-in clinic, and the care, the plan, and everything else happen in one place instead of sending you off to wait on an authorization or make a separate trip somewhere else.

One practical note for when you call. “Don’t be surprised if it’s South Bay Primary Medical Group, because it is one of the same.” Say you are interested in Fleurish and whoever picks up can point you the right way.

Consultations are offered, and coming in to talk to her is not the same as starting medication that day. There is an engagement and a commitment first, and she would rather you understand that up front.

Walk in Wednesdays, 4 to 7pm. No appointment needed.
